Seen at White - BEVZA

Since the first time I saw the collection of this amazing Ukrainian designer at White, I can't stop thinking about her fabulous "little white dresses".
Da quando ho visto al White la collezione di questa fantastica designer ucraina, non posso fare a meno di pensare ai suoi meravigliosi "little white dresses".

I must admit that I never heard about BEVZA before, but I am sure that we will see soon her work in important concept stores and international magazines. Her collections are minimalistic, simple, clear and with an aristocratic touch. Her elegance is made of pure lines and monochrome fabrics, that bring her work back to the essence of forms and volumes.

For the SS 12 BEVZA was inspired by the labyrinth. She created architectonical and conceptual dresses where the key points are materials and fabrics that she uses to design the body and to create new forms and geometries. Truly must have of the collection are the "little white dresses" in all their forms: simple yet super cool and above all never old fashioned!

BEVZA loves to associate herself to the Baron of Münchhausen and I am sure that she will spread her wings soon.

Devo ammettere che prima di vedere le sue collezioni al White non conoscevo BEVZA, ma sono sicuro che a breve sentiremo molto parlare di questa artista delle forme. Le sue collezioni sono minimaliste, essenziali, lineari e con un tocco aristocratico; un'eleganza fatta di linee pure e di tessuti monocromatici, che ritorna all'essenza delle forme e dei volumi.

Per la PE 12 BEVZA si è ispirata al labirinto, creando abiti architettonici e concettuali che giocano con materiali e tessuti avvolgendo il corpo, esaltando le forme e definendo nuove geometrie. Assoluto must have della collezione sono i "little white dresses" in tutte le loro forme: semplici ma non banali e soprattutto mai démodé.

BEVZA ama paragonarsi al Barone di Münchhausen, e sono sicura che presto la vedremo spiccare il volo.
